Our mission at Tweddle is to boost your confidence as parents and foster meaningful, joyful relationships with your little ones. Throughout your stay, active participation is encouraged, with a focus on identifying and achieving your unique goals. Our compassionate team, including Maternal and Child Health Nurses, Early Parenting Practitioners, Family Therapists, Social Workers, and Lactation Consultants, is here to support you with tailored strategies that suit your individual circumstances.

Guidance and Learning in a Supportive Environment

We engage with you through one-to-one interactions, group education sessions, exploring parenting techniques, self-directed learning, and supported practice. Connecting with fellow parents during your stay can also provide additional comfort and support.

A Holistic Approach Over Four Phases

Our program is designed to guide you through four phases over five enriching days, aimed at addressing the root causes of your family’s struggles, building communication and confidence, practising and honing your newfound skills, and preparing you for a successful parenting journey beyond your time with us.

Explore the factors contributing to your family’s challenges, including relationships, past experiences, health issues, parenting education, and your baby’s communication.

2. Communicating with your Baby

Build confidence in communicating with your baby and each other, as well as learning new parenting skills and gaining knowledge about your baby.

3. Strengthen Skills with Support

Refine and enhance your parenting skills through personalised guidance and coaching from our dedicated and supportive team.

4. Ready for Parenting Journey

Equip yourself for a smooth transition home as you prepare to embark on the ongoing journey of parenthood with your baby.

Yoga at Tweddle

As part of your stay, we offer a weekly yoga program for parents, caregivers, and their babies and toddlers. Join us for a playful, strengthening, and nurturing yoga session.
