Tweddle provides customised fee-for-service consultations, offering families flexibility and personalised support through both telephone and telehealth options. Families can choose the option that best suits their needs, whether it’s on their phone, laptop, desktop, or any other mobile device. This ensures that we can seamlessly connect with you and provide the support you and your baby or toddler require.

Tweddle Telephone Support for Families

    We can support you through difficult times with reassuring guidance around sleep, settling, and parenting uncertainty. Other issues we can help you with include;

    • Behavioural issues
    • Eating/feeding concerns
    • Unsettled baby
    • Breastfeeding/bottle feeding (Lactation Consultant)

     Telehealth Consultation Packages

    Tweddle’s in-home parenting clinicians are still supporting parents. We can still connect with you and your baby or toddler, whether on your phone, laptop, desktop or other mobile devices. We can use Zoom or chat over the phone, depending on your preference.

    Tweddle’s Fee For Service consultations are delivered within the week of your inquiry. A free follow-up call is provided with your booking. The costs are as follows;

    CANCELLATIONS

    We require 24-hours cancellation notice prior to your scheduled phone consultation, home visit or day stay, otherwise a cancellation fee is applicable as follows:

    Phone consultation: $30 cancellation fee

    Home visit & Private Day Stay: $100 cancellation fee
