Brimbank City Council’s Maternal and Child Health Service has recruited the services of Tweddle to deliver three new parenting workshops. The groups will offer a practical guide to some of the early years most common challenges.

Delivered by an experienced Tweddle Maternal and Child Health Nurse, the three workshops will cover baby and toddler sleep, introducing nutritious food and healthy eating and understanding your baby and toddler’s behaviour.

Starting on Tuesday August 22nd and continuing on September the 19th and October the 24th, each of the three sessions run from 1pm – 3pm and are based at the Sunshine Maternal & Child Health Service at 31a Alexandra Avenue Sunshine.

Families are invited to come along, make friends, ask questions and relax in a supportive environment designed to make learning about your baby or toddler fun and interesting.

Tweddle’s new community based education service is underpinned by the latest research around early brain development, infant mental health and early parenting.
