Parenting Assessment and Skills Development Service (PASDS) Coordinator
Full Time (40hrs week)
This challenging and rewarding role will join the existing PASDS team and is part of the multidisciplinary team working in a residential program. The PASDS Coordinator is responsible for continually improving service delivery, performance targets and staff management.
PASDS is provided to vulnerable children and families who are referred from Child Protection. From the initial assessment of children’s wellbeing and parents’ capacity to care for and protect their children, the service progresses to include intensive parenting education and skills development. This intensive therapeutic program is used by Child Protection and the Children’s Court to inform their decision-making and to ensure appropriate supports are provided to children and their families.
