Working Out Dads

 

Tweddle's 'Working Out Dads' is an after hours program run by a male facilitator for dads living with their 0-4 aged children. The 6 week program brings dads together each week for 1 hour of group discussion and 30 minutes of a guided gym workout.  

Run by a male facilitator, Working Out Dads will work on:

  • Developing parenting skills and confidence and building positive relationships with your child
  • Juggling the needs of your family, work and your own needs
  • The changing dynamics of relationships and how to maintain positive adult relationships
  • Managing stress and pressure and practical ways to cope when things get tough
  • Focussing on the future for you, your child and your family

The group includes weekly text messages, handouts and online resources.
