Protecting children is a priority at Tweddle. During Child Protection Week, 4th – 10th September, we celebrate the privilege of caring for families while highlighting the importance of our role in keeping children safe. Tweddle joins Dr. Justin Coulson PhD at Prioritising Parenting event

Tweddle Child and Family Health Service CEO Jacquie O’ Brien will join highly acclaimed author, academic and parenting expert Dr Justin Coulson PhD as guest speaker at a Docklands ‘Prioritising Parenting’ event on September 15th focusing on families with complex needs. In her presentation ‘The First 1000 Days (Building Babies’ Brains), Ms O’Brien will reflect upon recent global research and her significant experience in clinical settings offering therapeutic intervention to vulnerable parents, babies and toddlers. Dr Coulson is an Honorary Fellow at the Centre for Positive Psychology in the Graduate School of Education at the University of Melbourne. Read more...

Tweddle join City of Maribyrnong to celebrate Father's Day

A Father's Day event featuring activities designed for dads and their babies and young children, including a Tweddle Dads information stall, is kicking off on Saturday 3rd September from 10.30am - midday at the Braybrook Library. The free event provided by The City of Maribyrnong's Library Service will bring dads together to enjoy craft activities, paper plane throwing, a chill out space and information stalls. Read more...
