Child Protection Week 2-8 September

National Child Protection Week aims to engage and educate all Australians to understand they have a part to play in keeping our children and young people safe from violence, abuse and neglect. NAPCAN (National Association for Prevention of Child Abuse and Neglect) supports and promotes community-led prevention through strengthening the voice of community Tweddle honour the work done by all child protection staff, as well as our own PASDS staff (Parenting assessment and skills development service). Footscray West Primary School brightens Tweddle

We’re delighted to announce that as part of Children’s Week (Oct 20-28)students from Footscray West Primary School will be helping to brighten the lives of families staying at Tweddle with works of art inspired by family, cultural diversity, happiness and security. We need to raise funds to cover canvases, art supplies and installation costs. We’d appreciate any support and donations are tax deductible. Read more...
